Identity : 7 stages of inner Evolution

~
Stage One :: I am small and insignificant, stranded on the vast expanse of Nature. I hope I can   survive.

~
Stage Two :: I can do more than survive; I can compete and fulfill more of my needs.

~
Stage Three :: I am peaceful inside. My inner world is beginning to satisfy me more than outward things.

~
Stage Four :: I am self-sufficient. Things may not always go my way, but that doesn't shake me anymore.

~
Stage Five :: I have discovered how to manifest my desires from within. My inner world turned out to have power.

~
Stage Six :: I am at the center of an immense scheme of Power and intelligence that emanates from God.

~
Stage Seven :: I am.

Flower on a star

' If you love a flower that lives on a star, it is sweet to look at the sky at night. All the stars are a-bloom with flowers…'

____ Antoine de Saint-Exupéry (The Little Prince)

When you feel weighed down by worries and misfortunes, go out at night and look at the starry sky_meditate on how small the earth is, lost in infinite space…

Think how the One who created so many worlds must surely have filled them with
creatures more intelligent, more beautiful and more powerful than humans. For when you see these pygmies arguing, squabbling and killing each other, how can you think that the earth – a speck of dust in the immensity of space _ is where the Creator placed his most perfect creatures?

Beneath the stars, you can feel that all the problems that take on such huge proportions in your mind now hardly mean a thing. When you consider that the stars you are watching have existed for billions of years, that the Intelligence that created those worlds is eternal and that you are created in its image, you feel that your spirit also is eternal and that nothing can really trouble you.

Pink Herbal Iced-Tea

Today I have been delightfully surprised when making my usual herbal infusion of the day.
Following the suggestion of a friend, I added the juice of half a lemon and, surprise-surprise, the outcome is...............SO Pink!
Most probably by the color of 'purple-ruffles' basil leaves.
_____and since it is summertime here in wonderful Cyprus this jar is going straight to the fridge to be iced.

Recipe ::

Clary sage (Salvia officinalis) ....(I have used 2 different native Cyprus kinds of sage)
Purple ruffles ( (Purple Ocimum basilicum)
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
half a lemon juice

optional*
3 drops of stevia if you prefer some sweetness

boil water and add the fresh leaves. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add the lemon juice and refrigerate.

:: Note That ::
Sage has the ability to reduce perspiration by as much as 50 percent! So how cool is that during the summer months (?)

:: Always Remember ::
All things grow stronger with love, so does your immune system.
Time to allow more 'pink' into your life . . .

Enjoy*

The Magic of Words

Learn to speak gently and lovingly, not only to human beings but to animals, flowers, birds, trees and the whole of nature, for this is a divine habit.
He who knows how to utter words that inspire and vivify possesses a magic wand in his mouth, and his words will never be spoken in vain, for at least one of the four elements is always there, ready and waiting to clothe his words in matter.
The materialization may actually occur a long way from he who produced the seed, but you can be sure that it will always occur. Just as seeds are blown away by the wind to fall and take root in distant places, our good words fly from us and produce their magnificent fruits far from our sight.

If you have learned to control your thoughts and feelings, if you have managed to attain an inner state state of harmony, purity and light, your words will produce waves that will have a beneficial effect on the whole of nature.

Heart-Wisdom by Charlie Chaplin

~
When I started loving myself
I’ve understood that I’m always and at any given opportunity
in the right place at the right time.
And I’ve understood that all that happens is right –
from then on I could be calm.
Today I know: It’s called TRUST
~
When I started to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody
When I try to force my desires on this person,
even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it,
and even though this person was me.
Today I know: It’s called RESPECT
~
When I started loving myself
I could recognize that emotional pain and grief
are just warnings for me to not live against my own truth.
Today I know: It’s called AUTHENTICALLY BEING
~
When I started loving myself
I have stopped longing for another life
and could see that everything around me was a request to grow.
Today I know: It’s called MATURITY
~
When I started loving myself
I’ve stopped depriving myself of my free time
and I’ve stopped sketching further magnificent projects for the future.
Today I only do what’s fun and joy for me,
what I love and what makes my heart laugh,
in my own way and in my tempo.
Today I know: it’s called HONESTY
~
When I started loving myself
I’ve escaped from all what wasn’t healthy for me,
from dishes, people, things, situations
and from everyhting pulling me down and away from myself.
In the beginning I called it the “healthy egoism”,
but today I know: it’s called SELF-LOVE
~
When I started loving myself
I’ve stopped wanting to be always right
thus I’ve been less wrong.
Today I’ve recognized: it’s called HUMBLENESS.
~
When I started loving myself
I’ve refused to live further in the past
and to worry about my future.
Now I live only at this moment where EVERYTHING takes place,
like this I live every day and I call it CONSCIOUSNESS
~
When I started loving myself
I recognized, that my thinking
can make me miserable and sick.
When I though requested for my heart forces,
my mind got an important partner.
I call this connection today HEART WISDOM
~
We do not need to fear further discussions,
conflicts and problems with ourselves and others
since even stars sometimes bang on each other
and create new worlds.
Today I know: THIS IS THIS LIFE!

Everything is Energy :: AURUM Sensitiv-Imago

Our Body is continually energetically charged and vibrating in visible and invisible levels.
There is an incredible flow of occurrences that determine what we are on the physical level.
As quantum physics reveals, everything is connected, the world is a vast web of interconnectedness.
It’s difficult for us to imagine our bodies as vast networks of cells, interacting particles, waves and electrical impulses, yet this is what we are made of.
In fact, Everything is energy, and we are connected to it through our mind, body and spirit.
Our body has energy continuously moving through it, creating a dynamic energy field. The simplest way to describe it would be an internal and external aura, the energetic field.
In biochemical terms, the body-field is the chemical system which controls all metabolism and growth.

Energetic Bioresonance technology
All matter has resonant frequencies and every cell in the body resonates at a particular frequency.
Groups of cells which together make bodily systems, organs and structures have particular resonant frequencies and patterns. At times of illness the body’s complex frequency and electromagnetic field can change or become distorted. Through bioresonance therapy the body is helped to rebalance itself and heal by being connected to healthy frequencies

A U R U M - SENSITIV IMAGO  (Alfa-Med,Ukraine)
Based on bioresonance and quantum technology Sensitiv-Imago diagnostic system, scans the state of the entire organism in a non-invasive way. The body has its own specific electromagnetic properties making up its ideal homeostatic balance, which are disrupted in cases of disease. While scanning the body, Sensitiv-Imago traces electromagnetic disharmonies and homeostatic degeneration on a cellular level of all the systems
and organs.

- Detection of diseases in the organism and possibilities of aggravation

- Detection of diseases in their stage of risk.

- Evaluation of the biological activity of microflora detecting the presence of viruses, bacteria and parasites

- Detection of allergens

- Identification of hereditary predisposition

- Multivariable analysis of homeostasis in systems and organs

- Monitoring and identifying changes in the organs

- Detection of the acid-alkali balance in the tissues

- Bioresonance treatment using MORA - therapy based on the latest discoveries in bio-physics

Sound {&} Silence

Everything is in a state of vibration,
from the electrons moving around the nucleus of an atom,
to planets and distant galaxies moving around stars.
As they’re creating movement, they are creating vibration,
and this vibration can be perceived of as SOUND
~Jonathan Goldman
{ Sound Healing Pioneer -Sound Healers Association}

All that exists in the manifested state does so because it has a complementary unmanifested state that is its source. We perceive light, therefore, in the manifested state only because there exists an unmanifested state which is total darkness. We perceive sound only because there is an unmanifested state of absolute silence, the state from which all sound originates. We hear sound only because there is silence. we experience silence only because there is sound. Therefore sound is the source of silence and silence is the source of sound. All sound dissolves into silence. silence tends to manifest into sound. It is because of this principle of sound and silence that esoteric musical philosophy recognized two complementary components which in Sanskrit writings are referred to as "struck sound" - which we can hear - and "unstruck sound" - which we cannot hear.

Unstruck sound is the center from which all struck sound emanates. Through the practice of music one may experience the state of absolute equilibrium, absolute balance, perfect unity and harmony which exists both at its center and our own, for both are identical to and inseparable from the unmanifested creative state of the entire universe. At the center lies the perfected emptiness of total union to which we, music, and all manifested things aspire. "Things", in essence, are not "things" but processes in a state of continual becoming. Therefore music, as a manifestation of energy, is a force that interacts with the physical world for music influences our thoughts, our emotions, our dense physical bodies and the electro-magnetic field that surrounds us. Because all of the physical universe is in continual movement, Lama Govinda concludes...

{......All things or beings produce sounds according to their own nature and to the particular state in which they find themselves. This is because these beings and things are aggregates of atoms that dance and by their movements produce sounds. When the rhythm of the dance changes, the sound it produces also changes. . . Each atom perpetually sings its songs and the sound creates each moment dense and subtle sound forms. Just as there exist creative sounds, there exist destructive sounds. He who is able to produce both can, at will, create or destroy......}

These philosophical concepts became the foundation upon which all musical practice of the ancient world was formed. The musicians, shamans, priests, prophets and philosophers held one philosophical concept in common - that music represents a microcosm of the order of the universe and follows cosmological laws, and that through the practice of music one could better understand these laws as well as the intelligence behind them. The ethereal quality of music was regarded as a miniature of the ethereal substance that filled the vast spaces of the cosmos within which the celestial bodies moved. The rhythm of music, for example, reflected the movement of galaxies, stars and planets, of the sun and moon, the cycle of seasons, days and nights, the tides of the seas and the birth and death of our own cells. Music was regarded as the force that could bring about harmony within the mind and body of Man, within the human community and ultimately with the heavenly bodies themselves - the fluidity of energy changing and merging with energy, the primordial force of the universe.
